While holding down the MEMORY button, turn on the Volca Bass.
Step buttons 1 to 16 correspond to the MIDI channels 1 to 16. Press the button that corresponds to the desired channel, and the LED below the step button will light up.

To control your Volca directly from the browser, connect and enable a device capable of MIDI output, such as an audio interface, to your computer or other browsing device. It will be detected by the browser when you reload.
4 or 8 for octave. peak adds two angelic harmonic notes that get louder, more defined and more resonant at higher settings, i roll off a tiny bit to cut the harshness. reducing cutoff int raises the pitch of the harmonics. cutoff raises the pitch at higher settings on what feels like a more linear, forceful waveform. hold one sustained note as a bass/pedal tone and adjust the settings for melody. adding a movement sequence for those two knobs could be cool.
